Diane has been skating for 20+ years and has been coaching since the age of 16. Diane is a double gold medalist in moves and freeskate. She skated for 4 years for the Western Michigan University Synchronized Skating team. She skated 3 years at the collegiate level and one year at the senior level. She loves working with all ages and levels on the ice both to improve freestyle and synchro skills. She has a Bachelors Degree in exercise science and an Associates Degree to be a Physical Therapist Assistant. She loves using her knowledge of how the body works to improve skating techniques as well as helping skaters return to the ice after an injury. She currently is on staff at the Oak Lawn Park District Ice Arena.
